2) Benefits poorer members of society

Disadvantage of globalisation:
1) Freeing of financial markets has brought global instability
2) End of cultural diversity - tend to follow the culture of America
3) Falling wages of workers
4) Flood of migrants to cities in poor countries
5) Growing inequality across the world
